COCONUT OIL IN MY MOUTH?!

Those were my initial thoughts when I first read about coconut oil pulling.

For various reasons, anyone can be turned off by the idea of having a tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth. The worst part? You have to keep swishing that oil back and forth, in your mouth, for 20 minutes.

Why even bother doing this?

Coconut oil pulling has been proven to truly benefit your entire body inside and  out.

What does it do?

  • Whitens teeth

  • Softens plaque

  • Freshens breathe

  • Moisturizes Lips

  • Clears Blemishes

Dr. Axe provides further history on coconut oil pulling and it’s benefits. Click here to read more!

Embrace this natural texture, and you WILL reap the benefits.

How do I coconut pull?

  • Take a tablespoon of coconut oil and put it in your mouth.
  • Swish the oil for about 20 minutes. (Tip: It may be easier if you swish for ten minutes, spit out, and repeat for another ten minutes)
  • FLOSS! (It’s extremely important to floss right after you coconut pull so you can remove the softened plaque.)
  • Brush 🙂
